**Return and Refund Policy**

Thank you for shopping with Kitchen Gadgets Store. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

**Returns**

- You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We may require proof of purchase (order number, receipt).
- Some items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as food items or personal care products. Sale or clearance items are final and not eligible for return.

**How to initiate a return**

1. Contact us at support@kitchengadgetsstore.com or use the contact form on our website to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item. You are responsible for shipping the product back to us; we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Pack your item securely and include your order number inside the package.

**Refunds**

- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
- If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to post to your account.
- Shipping costs paid on your original order are non‑refundable.

**Exchanges**

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us with your order details and photos of the defect.

**Late or missing refunds**

- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or payment method again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
